'ello XD How've you been?

A referenced realism thingy for art class. Take half a picture and illustrate the other half from reference.
First try at actual pencil+paper realism.
o_o Any advice? I had a hardest time with the print on his clothing XD; it was difficult.

ive seen attempts at this..but this is by far the best one ive ever seen!!awesome job!!

Whoa, this is really good. I love the shading. If I saw this from a distance, I'd say that this is pretty damned accurate. Great job. :D

Gah, we did one of these in art in 8th grade ... mine looked so fucked up o_o; For a first realism attempt, awesome O_O

great! Even moreso as it is your first realism try! =D You've lined things up marvellously accuratly too, and the shading is lovely. Some more contrast might be nice, especially for this sort of picture, as the reference has very dark areas, which unfortunately makes your lovely side look a bit washed out.
But...beautiful all the same =D
